At what time can I check in?
You can check in from … on the day of arrival. Do you want to check in earlier? If the room is available, this is not a problem. Please contact us.

 

At what time do I have to check out?
On the day of departure, you are friendly requested to leave the room before 11 o’ clock a.m. Do you wish to stay longer? If the room is available, you can book another night in our hotel.

 

Does your hotel have its own parking place and what are the costs?
Yes. None.

 

Is your hotel easily accessible by public transport?
Yes, the bus stop is in front of our hotel. Just step out and you’re there! The nearest train station is in Lochem (6,5 kilometers). A bigger train station is in Deventer (25 kilometers, half an hour by bus).

 

What do I have to do to change or cancel my reservation?

Are your prices per person or per room?
Our prices are per room. Our rooms have double beds. Do you wish to share the room with more persons and / or children? Please contact us.

 

Are pets allowed in your hotel?
We’re sorry, but no Pets are not allowed.

 

What are the booking conditions?
Our general terms and conditions apply to all of our offers. (in het NL staat bijgaand aantreft, waar?) With the booking of a room, you agree with its contents. Our terms and conditions are deposited at the Chamber of Commerce under number 62323504. You can read these terms on our website, here.

 

What are the conditions for cancellation?
Annulations requested three days before arrival will not be charged. However, annulations after three days before arrival, not refundable reservations, or no-show reservations, will be fully charged.

 

Where can I complain?
Fortunately, this is not a frequently asked question, although it is an important one to answer: we hope you will have no reason to complain after your stay.
